1. Warranty Coverage:

  The hot tub shell is covered under a 10-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This includes any structural damage such as cracking or deformation of the acrylic or fiberglass.
• Components Warranty:
  All non-structural components, including the pumps, jets, heater, and control systems, are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty includes defects in workmanship and materials under normal use.
• Surface Warranty:
  The interior surface, including acrylic, is covered for 5 years against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty covers issues such as discoloration or cracks that occur due to manufacturing defects.
• Water Care System:
  The ozone system is covered under a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Lighting and Electrical Components:
  The LED lighting system and all associated electrical components are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
• Normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, or minor surface scratches.
• Damage caused by acts of nature (e.g., floods, earthquakes, etc.) or accidents.
• Damage resulting from improper water chemistry, including high or low pH levels, improperly balanced chemicals, or the use of harsh chemicals.
• Any modifications or alterations made to the hot tub, including unauthorized repairs or the use of non-approved replacement parts.

3. Warranty Claims:
