Why Watertree? Why Hot Spring?

When considering a product or service it is natural to ask oneself, “Why this company?” or “Why this brand?”  So we thought it would be a good idea to tell you a little bit about Watertree and its relationship with Hot Spring Spas.

Watertree started in 1939 as a water treatment business, which is still a division of the company today along with several wellness and leisure products (hot tubs, saunas, cold plunges, and swimming pools).

Today we have locations in Rapid City and Spearfish, SD. For over 85 years Watertree’s focus has been relatively the same, serve each customer to the best of our abilities. Hopefully this same perspective allows us to one day celebrate our 100 year anniversary!

Although we evaluate our brand partnerships annually to ensure we are offering the best experience possible, Hot Spring has remained consistent for decades. Hot Spring makes products we feel safe promoting in South Dakota’s harsh climate. They have also managed to maintain the type of culture where they respond quickly when challenges arise, offering the support we need to help our customers. Unfortunately, we have experienced wrestling with manufactures to get what customers rightly deserve and it’s not enjoyable. Hot Spring has a track record of hearing our opinions, staying customer focused, and doing the right thing.

The longer Watertree is partnered with Hot Spring the more efficient we become as a company. Our product specialists and service technicians are always well educated because they only have one play book to study and they receive training from the #1 brand in the industry. As a result we have a great reputation when it comes to the overall customer experience.
